Pixel freeze Ubuntu 10.10 gnome-desktop

When clicking on gnome-panel the windows freeze and leave shadow ghosts on desktop.

if you get error with repositories then try this

$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv DB141E2302FDF932

$ sudo apt-get update

$ sudo apt-get install talika
